These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and services offered by Peacock Luxury Resort. By reserving accommodation, using our facilities, or visiting our premises, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only after advance payment. Guests must provide accurate details during booking, including name, contact number, and valid ID proof. Prices may vary based on weekends, holidays, or peak seasons. All outstanding amounts must be cleared before check-out or before an event begins.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in.
3. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum during their stay. Any damage to resort property, amenities, furniture, or equipment caused by a guest will result in additional charges. Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disturbances to other guests are strictly prohibited. Alcohol and smoking are permitted only in designated areas and must comply with local regulations.
4. Use of Resort Facilities
Guests using facilities such as the swimming pool, indoor/outdoor games, kids’ play area, adventure activities, and open spaces do so at their own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. The resort is not responsible for loss of personal items, injuries, or accidents resulting from negligence or misuse.
5. Events & Group Bookings
For events such as weddings, parties, or corporate gatherings, advance deposits are mandatory. Additional services like catering, decoration, music, or sound systems may involve extra charges. Final guest count must be updated in advance. Any damage to halls, villas, tents, or event areas will be chargeable.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds will follow the resort’s official Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds Policy. No-shows, last-minute changes, and unused services are non-refundable.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
The resort is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, or events beyond our control. Guests are responsible for their belongings.
8. Amendments
Peacock Luxury Resort reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
